I can’t say how much I enjoyed reading the manuscript. It is not just a guidebook to the Holy Land, but a treasure of spiritual insights into what the Holy Land means to so many people. The ecumenical approach is wonderful and I feel that not only Christians of all denominations will enjoy it but Muslims and Jews as well.

The book emphasizes the importance of places in spiritual experiences, focusing on the risen Lord rather than the physical aspects. It reminds pilgrims that what they see is an empty tomb, and provides a witness to their faith. This new approach to pilgrimage and holy places is a blessing for those who identify with the goal.
